Patrick M. Gründler

Patrick M. Gründler provides advice and support on legal issues, mainly to entrepreneurs and companies. He employs his many years of professional experience as a commercial attorney and his networked expertise as an advisor and sparring partner for boards of directors and managers, in this way making a contribution to company and business development.

+ CareerAfter completing his studies at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), Patrick M. Gründler was admitted to the bar in 1996 and began working as a lawyer and partner at various law firms. In 2006 he founded Gründler + Partner Rechtsanwälte as part of a strategic realignment.

Marc Wolfer

Marc Wolfer works as a legal advisor and forensic lawyer specializing in commercial law. He provides support to companies mainly on issues involving contract law, employment law, and intellectual property law. He also lectures at the University of St.Gallen on private law.

+ CareerMarc Wolfer was admitted to the bar in 2013. Prior to joining Gründler + Partner Rechtsanwälte, he worked inter alia as academic assistant for Prof. Alfred Koller at the University of St.Gallen.

Ivo Hartmann

Ivo Hartmann works as a lawyer mainly in matters of public law, especially building and planning law as well as all related fields of law. He advises companies and individuals and represents them in court. As a notary public he renders notarisations and certifications.

+ CareerAfter his studies at the University of St. Gallen Ivo Hartmann completed a legal internship at the Cantonal Court of St. Gallen, at the legal service of the building department of the Canton St. Gallen and at law firm in St. Gallen. In 2012 he was admitted to the bar. After another fix-term job at the legal service of the building department of the Canton St. Gallen he worked since March 2013 as a clerk for the federal administrative court (division I: infrastructure, federal employment, expropriation, state liability, data protection). In November 2019 he joined Gründler + Partner.

Patrik Solis

Patrik Solis works as a legal advisor and forensic lawyer. He provides support for companies and private individuals, primarily in matters of commercial law, in particular in the areas of inheritance law, company law, employment law and general contract law. As a notary public, he carries out notarizations and certifications. He is also involved in the military justice system as a military prosecutor.

+ CareerPatrik Solis studied at the University of Lucerne, where he obtained his masters degree in Law. Before joining Gründler + Partner, he worked as a corporate lawyer for a major Swiss bank, managed projects in various companies and led employees in banking projects.

Alessandro Galluccio

As a lawyer, Alessandro Galluccio supports companies and private individuals primarily in commercial and administrative law, in particular in the fields of construction and planning law, inheritance law, corporate law, employment law and contract law as well as in all related legal areas. He advises clients and represents them in Swiss courts. In addition, as a public notary he carries out notarizations and certifications.

+ CareerAlessandro Galluccio studied law at the University of St. Gallen and graduated with a Master of Arts HSG in Law. After his studies, he completed internships at the public prosecutor's office in Appenzell Ausserrhoden and in a St. Gallen law firm. He was admitted to the bar in 2023. He has been working for Gründler + Partner Attorneys at Law since January 2024.

Seline Meier advises on commercial law matters, in particular she supports companies in the areas of corporate, employment and contract law.

Urs Gasser

Counsel

Urs Gasser is Professor of Public Policy, Governance and Innovative Technology and serves as Rector of the Hochschule für Politik (HfP) and Dean of the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology. His research focuses on the societal and regulatory implications of new technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and quantum technology.

+ CareerBefore joining TUM, he was Executive Director of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University from 2009 to 2021 and Professor of Practice at Harvard Law School since 2013. Previously he held a SNF Professorship at the University of St. Gallen while also serving as Director of the Research Center for Information Law. With a Landon H. Gammon Fellowship, Prof. Gasser graduated with an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.

One of our strengths lies in providing legal services to medium- and large-sized companies. Currently, in our capacity as an outside legal department, we are providing advice and support to, inter alia, a large health-care company, a renowned IT firm, and an internationally operating translation agency.

In addition, we help in the formation of ambitious start-ups, and with our extensive expertise in the area of IT law and intellectual property, we offer legal support to IT services providers in particular.

We advise SMEs on, inter alia, contract law and also with respect to succession planning. We also assist individuals on issues of inheritance law, employment law, and other areas. Specific legal advice for specific needs.

Start-ups

In connection with the formation of a new company, we can advise you in choosing the suitable legal form and resolve employment-law issues. We determine the optimal protection, professional registration, and economic realization of intangible assets.

Legal assistance for SMEs

We provide support to SMEs with regard to restructurings, mergers, take-overs, and sales. In addition, we address employment-law issues and provide assistance with contract negotiations of any kind. We handle representation before all courts in German-speaking Switzerland as well as before the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland.

Legal services for large corporations

As an outsourced legal department, we can provide comprehensive legal services to your company. With this ongoing assistance, we offer support in nearly all legal areas, drawing if necessary on our network of outside experts.

Services for individuals

We offer legal assistance to individuals mainly with regard to succession planning, the authentication and evaluation of wills, and prenuptial and succession agreements, as well as through the acceptance of executor mandates. In addition, employment-law issues are also a focus. If necessary, we handle litigation and representation before courts.

Specialized expertise

Our strengths lie in providing assistance on corporate transactions and in advising on issues of corporation law, employment law, and contract law, particularly with regard to service, license, and sales agreements. This also includes legal support in the selection, structuring and negotiation of contracts and compliance with legal regulations (corporate governance & compliance).
